Welcome to Housing Buddy. By using this service, you agree to the following terms. If you do not accept these terms, please discontinue use of the service.

1. Service Overview

This service provides curated housing alerts via email, customized based on the user’s chosen city. Alerts are compiled from publicly available housing listings using automated data retrieval. Users gain access to alerts for 30 days after completing a purchase.

• Users must provide a valid email address and complete payment to receive alerts.
• The subscription is non-recurring; users must repurchase access if they wish to continue receiving alerts beyond the initial period.
• Alerts are sent based on availability. The service does not guarantee a specific number of listings within the subscription period.

2. Accuracy and Availability of Listings

While we strive to provide accurate and timely housing alerts, we do not control the accuracy, completeness, or ongoing availability of third-party property listings. Users are responsible for verifying listing details before making any decisions. The service is not liable for:

• Errors, outdated information, or inaccuracies from third-party sources.
• Changes in property availability after an alert has been sent.
• Any financial, legal, or contractual commitments users make based on the alerts.

3. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Activities

By using this service, users agree NOT to:

• Share, resell, or distribute alerts to third parties.
• Use the service for illegal, deceptive, or unauthorized activities.
• Reverse-engineer, extract, or manipulate data aggregation mechanisms.
• Provide false or misleading information when signing up or making a purchase.

4. Payments and Refund Policy

All payments must be processed successfully before access to alerts is granted.

Payments are non-refundable, except in cases where the service is permanently discontinued at our discretion.

5. Service Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service at any time, with or without prior notice. If the service is permanently discontinued, we may offer prorated refunds at our sole discretion.

6. Liability Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is", without express or implied warranties. We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the service.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the Netherlands under Dutch law.
